Service agreements - UK

Malvern Instruments Ltd understand the different needs and budgets of our customers and it is for this reason that we offer service support at several levels and costs.

Service agreement types offered:

		Total Assurance Agreement. Inclusive of all labor and parts.
		Intermediate Service Agreement. Inclusive of all labor.
		System Verification Testing. A fixed price service per instrument comprising a single annual visit or more frequently as required.
		Non-Warranty. Standard parts and labor costs, charged per visit.
